The CONSORTIUM Vision

The CONSORTIUM [TCON] is open to all players with a mature gaming attitude, with a strong focus on the support and success of its members through mutual co-operation. TCON members will work together to develop each other's skills and profession where possible.

The CONSORTIUM’s number one guiding principle is the safety of its members. TCON as a guild will NEVER declare war, or accept a mutual declaration of war, from any other guild/PA or faction, (dependent on in-game mechanics). Members will therefore never become an enemy of any rival Guild/PA, and will be able to continue to develop their chosen profession/skill without harassment.

TCON will have freely elected representatives to manage its operation and development.

TCON will make provision to provide its members with the intellectual and financial support necessary to ensure that all members have the best technologies and resources available.

TCON is not exclusively a Role Play Guild/PA, but members are encouraged to role-play whenever possible.

TCON is generally a neutral/good Guild/PA, (dependent on the in-game world mechanics), but membership is therefore open to all. Internal rivalry between TCON members will not be tolerated, and measures will be taken to mitigate any such problems.

TCON will encourage Members to work for the good of the entire Guild/PA in fun and mutually beneficial Guild-wide projects
