Logistic Services

Mission Statement:

The Logistics division’s responsibility is to manage all administrative duties, whether they are financial, informational, or personnel-related. It is our goal to ensure that the daily tasks are taken care of, so TCON can run smoothly. The Logistics Division is led by the Chief Financial Officer, who oversees all finance and internal issues pertaining to the CONSORTIUM, the Information Services Director, who ensures that all members of TCON have all information that is important, and the Personnel Team Manager, who maintains the lifeblood of TCON- our members.

In a commerce guild like the CONSORTIUM, having someone ensure that all financial matters are taken care is of the utmost importance. The CFO makes sure that TCON never operates under debt, and takes steps to ensure that we are self-sufficient in paying for any materials/services needed. In addition, the CFO is also charged with proposing budgets for the General Assembly and Executive Controlling Committee to approve. Finally, the CFO oversees internal issues related to TCON.

If knowledge is power, and money is power, then information is essential for a guild of business. The duty of the ISD it to make certain that each member of the CONSORTIUM have access to any and all information that could give them an edge. Should any important information- whether connected an important in-game occurrence, or a crucial out of game- the ISD will take all measures necessary that members of TCON are never ignorant.

A guild without members is like a skeleton without bones. The PTM is responsible for overseeing the process that admits new members, and then determining if the candidates should in fact become full members within the CONSORTIUM. The Personnel Team Manager is also charged with maintaining active list of TCON’s members. Through the diligent work of the PTM, all members of TCON can rest assured that the difficult matters of gaining new members, and ensuring that old members are counted for, is taken care of.

The last member is not an official leader of Logistics, but the role of the Elections and Referenda Officer is no less important. The ERO maintains the laws of TCON, and it is through the ERO that members may change TCON law, ensuring that the CONSORTIUM is a dynamic organization prepared for any and all challenges that can occur.

By utilizing the unique skils and talents of these four people, the daily operations of the CONSORTIUM are garaunteed to run smoothly so knowledge and profit can be shared.
